Ja ich bin dann ein weiteres Opfer dieser Betrüger Casino.

Warte auf 500 Euro Gewinn bei olympusplay die kann ich wohl abhaken.

Habe hier eine Beschwerde aber hier scheint sich auch keiner zu interessieren.

Hello, you chose a casino with a very bad reputation. It's no surprise you have a problem there. Even though the complaint team put their efforts to help with your case. As you can see in your complaint communication thread, we are now waiting for the casino's reaction.

As far as I checked you made it through KYC (what was the initial reason for this complaint) and now you wait for the successful withdrawal. Is this correct, please?

Hi all. I'm new here. Just thought I would pipe up, I am awaiting for a €2500 withdrawal and not had any contact for 7 days. The website itself is great, they have really good slots and I have found the customer service and bonuses to be great, I'm just worried I won't get paid out. I have mentioned in a email to them about this site and now is a chance to make a good reputation. I will update if I get any responses....

Das was sie hier alles über MaximalWins berichten kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich warte seit fast drei Monaten auf meine Auszahlung und werde immer wieder vertröstet und die Wortwahl ist im Chat übrigens die gleiche wie bei Ihnen auch. My status has not changed since 3rd jan, the pending withdrawl of €2500 is still pending. Will keep you updated, I hope they pay out but not feeling hopeful. If they don’t pay out, what good will raising a complaint here do? I could also try and get my bank to refund money I deposited?

Hello not sure about the bank refund. The complaint makes sense in case that there are some signs that there is a will to debate. The last complaint was successfully resolved. I'd give it a try.

How is it possible that any withdrawal is pending for 8 days? I don't understand it and I don't think that any player would continue playing there if you know that the withdrawals take so much time.

Still no update, withdrawl is still showing as pending…… my other payout at platinum club vip has paid out and that withdrawl was made after this one. If this is fraud I will report to my bank and try and claim it back.

It’s a shame as they have great slots and customer service is spot on. They also have great reload bonuses so I hope they pay out so I can continue to use the casino……

Still no update and email response is the same. Gutted. I will report it as fraud at my bank after the 21 working days and try and get my money back.

I have been waiting since 20th of October 2021 for my withdrawal of 5000 euros.

It has been over 100 days and I doubt I will recieve my winnings. For over 100 days. Let that sink in.

I'm actually fuming with anger, this amount of money is life changing and they shouldn't be able to get away with this. This casino shouldn't be able do business at all.

Chatsupport is basically non existent. They told me the withdrawal is still under review and they casually ask me to wait after I've already been waiting for 100 days. It's completely ridiculous.

This terrible casino is destroying peoples lives.
