I’ve no understanding of what they have looked into, I didn’t ask or imply about winning. My complaint is I entered a game it crashed and my balance went from £95.50 to 10p I’ve sent them screenshots after screenshots asking where did the £95.40 go the game crashed without a spin. They come back all the time with different responses but none explaining why my balance reduced to 10p. They have implied I bet £95.40 I would have no reason to bet this amount and as I explained the game crashed without even spinning. So surely this would be none in void . I feel they are just giving me the run around hoping I just let it go. I know what took place and I want my £95.40 returned .

they have come back again saying they have investigated and nothing is out of place . This casino lives in a different world

From their perspective, even though the game crashed on your side, they are convinced that you "successfully" placed a bet of £95.50, and since the spin did not result in a win, the bet was lost. You on the other side are not aware of such a bet. Technically, the graphics appear immediately after the spin, potentially contributing to the issue. Yet there is still an amount that does not correspond with your experience, correct? Please consider this as merely my perspective. I understand that without proper communication, one can feel like the problem wasn't even understood correctly, and I fully respect your point of view.

One thing just crossed my mind: does this casino provide gaming history in the account? Can you see this "problematic bet" somewhere?

This shows I had £95.50 then the game crashed without spinning and my balance was 10p if I was going to make such a big bet it would &95.50 the whole thing is suspicious. And I still can’t enter the game error code 5015 comes up but my partner can log in and the game is open to him. The minute I log in it shows error 5015
