They got Pragmatic at the higher RTP setting so that's always a good sign but it appears you can't play any of their games with an active bonus.

Instead, for bonus wagering, you are strictly restricted to be playing games from only a handful of providers like BGaming, Wazdan, Nolimit, or Booming and a couple more, and these providers aren't offered at the higher RTP at all. In fact, you'll be faced with atrocities like these:

Thanks for the information. However, each casino can determine what games a player with a bonus can play and what games he can't play. Also, the player can choose whether to use the bonus or not. So I don't think there's a problem there.

However, have you used any bonuses ? 🙂

Maybe you don't see a problem but for those who actually play, operators now stooping as low as 92% should be very problematic indeed.

I agree that this is a pretty low RTP, but I thought it was about bonuses, so I just wanted to say that everyone has the opportunity to choose whether to accept and use the bonus or not. There was nothing more behind it. Good luck. 👍

To be fair, his post is related to bonuses, as Level Up (just like most Dama casinos) severely restricts your available games list when you have any active bonus, forcing you to play games that are under 96% RTP.

If you're lucky you'll find a couple of 95% versions of some games, but most of them will be 94% or worse. Oh, and don't even bother with PnG, since they allow operators to hide the fact that they're running the 87% version of games.

Pathetic.

Yes, I understand that it's definitely a bit of RTP and when you play with a bonus it's not very worthwhile to play on such slots. But what I wanted to say is that every casino can choose on which games the bonus can be used, so if you feel that it's disadvantageous, you won't take it, because it can only be played on slots that have a pretty low RTP. Nothing more nothing less. So the best thing to do is to find a casino where you can play the bonuses on slots with a higher RTP. 🙂

I completely agree, and it's a big part of why I don't play at any Dama casinos anymore. Their bonuses are so restrictive!!

The shrunken list of games - the majority of which are under 95% RTP - combined with a 30-50x wagering requirement, adds up to a gameplay experience that is extremely sub-par.

The only positive thing I can say about their bonus terms is that their withdrawal cap is usually in excess of $3000, while many other operators cap your winnings to 5x the amount deposited. Yikes!!

Hello.

Good point, if I may say. When it comes to the RTP value, we consider 96% to be decent. Sadly, such value is not very convenient for casinos, hence, bonuses are usually playable on slots with lower RTP, I'd say.

Of course, when you add a 50x wagering to this cocktail, well, - I would not take such a bonus 😀.

I also have to admit that when the withdrawal cap is based on the previously made deposits, it is quite tricky at best. Just imagine you deposit $100 soon after you enter a game with an active jackpot chance - whoaa! You hit the jackpot. Well, now what? How much are you supposed to withdraw? 5x100, not the best deal, if you ask me. 🙂

Honestly, having a withdrawal cap isn't necessarily a bad thing for me, as it makes it very easy to make a withdrawal. If I hit my limit and know that I can't possibly win any more money, cashing out is a no-brainer. There's no second-guessing or feeling like you could be leaving some money on the table.

What I DO have an issue with, however, is when I win a large amount with my deposited money and they still cap my withdrawal as I'm playing with an active bonus.

Most casinos have a rule such as this..

When making a bet, your deposited money will be used first, then bonus money, then whatever is left in the account

Because of this rule, if I win a large amount on my very first spin, I should be able to cancel my bonus and withdraw my winnings. All of it!

The cap should only apply to funds that have been won while using bonus funds, as you would have been done playing at that point because your deposited money would have been lost.

If you really think about it, most of the bonus terms and conditions at an online casino are there strictly to limit the amount a person can win.

I received 10 no-deposit, wager-free free spins once and won about a buck from them. With that $1, I played Razor Shark and turned it into $10. When I was finally done, I had turned that original $1 into almost $400, but instead of celebrating that accomplishment and using it to promote their casino, they capped my winnings at $50.

Am I the only one who feels like they have most of their best wins when under the restrictions of a bonus? I don't think that this is a coincidence.

I've seen some places that run the 87% version of PnG games.

It's absolutely sickening.

Of course, most rules are set to challenge players, or, let's say, make it harder when trying to fulfill wagering requirements, for instance. Max bet, restricted games with a higher RTP, you name it 😀.

Also, many bonuses seem like a very good shot, but only for the first look.

But I'll get back to the withdrawal limits for a second. What I truly deem a bad habit is when withdrawal limits based on the total sum of previously made deposits are applied to your real funds.

I see that purely as an instrument to prolong the time necessary to withdraw funds. Now mind that in some casinos, you can't submit more than three or five withdrawal requests at once, meaning there is a fair chance the player will meanwhile lose a portion of their winnings.

Anyway, I appreciate your point of view, and I'm glad to have you among us!🙌

Irgendwie kann ich mich bei Level Up nicht anmelden. Es wird kein Fehler angezeigt, es wird nur auf die Hauptseite umgeleitet. Und der Support-Chat funktioniert nicht. Haben alle das gleiche Problem?

Have you tried to contact the casino by email, perhaps? They should be able to solve this kind of problem.

How long does it persist, and when was the last time you were able to log in?

I can not find their email on the site. Do you know it?

I can't access the site for a few days and I can't remember when I was able to access it last time.

Hello,

I imagine my response will sound rather srupid, but I would try to contact the bank to provide custom transaction history. Every bank must provide documentation proving incoming or outgoing transactions to the account holder. That's standard. From my perspective, such a document (if a form of pdf for instance) should resolve the matter. What do you think?
