Additionally wanted to add that I requested another formal complaint to the relevant email address. My previous withdrawal was 4700 nok where only 4350 arrived.

This time the withdrawal amount is 4 times larger, as well as the "Fee" or the amount that is missing. A manual credit occured last time, hoping that you may get in touch with the representative for a confirmation and a quick resolution of the missing amount

First, it is probably necessary to find out why you received a different amount. According to customer support, I saw that it could be fees or exchange rates. Have you tried to find out more about this possibility? It is quite possible that this is the reason.

Third party processing fees are frequent for bank withdrawals everywhere, but aren't that standard when it comes to crypto. It seems that they incorrectly calculated the amount or the processor took too much as the fee.

Raised a complaint directly when the relevant team, but will open a case here as well if they don't answer

May add that my previous withdrawal was around 4700 nok and 350 were missing due to fees. 470 usd withdrawn on BNB - 35 usd in fees.

This time the amount that got withdrawn is about 4 times larger, while the fee is 4 times bigger as well. Different chain, sent as a stablecoin, but exactly the same tendency. Originally thought that this occured due to fluctuations.

Will gladly report regarding their decision once it is known. As they previously refunded the missing amount back to the account, will hopefully do so this time as well without any disputes being opened

I also thought that would be the main reason, but when the fees are relatively high, it's unpleasant.

We'll see what we find out and whether they refund you the money or how it turns out.

Hello Jaro! The representative on LCB checked the transaction and continued to blame the conversion rate/processing fees. While some fluctuation is acceptable, the missing amount is too high so I will be proceeding with a complaint here for a throughal check

The complaint i sent here got declined, while LCB representative told that their decision was final.

A bit more than 7% of the withdrawn amount taken as a "Processing/payment provider fee" is definitely not a normal practice and most definitely not for stablecoins

Oh yes, I've seen it. Based on what you were told or why it was rejected, it's mainly because of what we talked about. 

Even though I know it's not the smallest amount you've lost, the casino probably can't be blamed for these changes. 😕

Have full understanding that volatility always occurs, but stablecoins are the exception. Not a big amount for me was lost, but still left bitter after taste.


Was more interested in trying to make the operator accept that this mistake were on their side and possibly receive some of the amount back for further play, but it seems that they are not interested in keeping me as a customer or admit that such occurrences dont happen when utilizing USDT for transfers. Arent surprised, as offshore operators targeting regions without strong licensing usually operate in a similar manner if not worse.


Ill stop answering in this thread all together as this wont lead to anything.
