Was haben sie also in den letzten acht Tagen gemacht? Wenn es acht Tage dauert, bis diese Dokumente "erhalten" werden, weiß Gott, wie lange sie für die Analyse brauchen werden. Mir ist klar, dass sie nicht die Absicht haben, mich zu bezahlen. Sie werden den Prozess einfach so lange wie möglich hinauszögern und mich hinhalten. Ich finde es echt ätzend, dass sie so etwas legal machen.

My ID was verified. And i got the first small payout. But then when i won more they requested more documents.
They asked for one docment at a time with 24-48 hours in between. Proof of address, proof of wallet ownership and proof of income. After providing the last document i did not hear from them in 4 days and they did not answer my questions. I assumed that they had spent all this time verifying the documents but apparently its not verified yet.
Yesterday they sent a mail saying they had "received" and that it will take long time because of the amount of information (?). They said there is no estimated time.
So what have they been doing the last 8 days then? If it takes 8 days to "receive" these documents, god knows how long it would take for them to analyze it. It is clear to me that they have no intention of paying me. They will just draw out the process as long as they can and string me along. I hate that it is legal for them to do this.
