Why shouldn't this casino be on our site ? I think it is always good to have information about casinos that are not so good so that the player can consider whether to play there on the basis of the information we offer.

I talked with man from my country which talked with manager of this casino and i find out all of informations so i didn't see sense to talk with you again, because this situation was very stresfull from me. Btw i think you can do nothing with this situation so I don't look at this site very long time. You see what's going on it don't need to comment

Foxyplay casino is out of 3 days timeline that needs to process a withdrawal,although i am verified.It is the second time they do that.They accused me of violating the t&c which was totally fake and i have already sent them the screeshots they need.Its obvious that they do anything they can,to delay the withdrawal.They need 4 days to complete check at bets i made while playing with active bonus.I made this check in 2 minutes.Live Chat is not responding.It is a completely ridicilous behaviour from a casino that is totally against player.

My first withdraw attemp was 188.,played with sexond deposit bonus and wagered it.waited 4 days and then i cancelled my withdraw.luckily,i didnt lose money and asked for a new withdraw of 627,2-1-2024.yesterday,4-1-2024,i spoke with live chat and he said that i have max cashout 5x bonus which is not valid.there is no max cashout with sexind deposit bonus.when chat realised that he was wrong,he accused me of breaking the t&c because i played betsoft slots with active bonus and its forbidden.yes.its forbidden and i played betsoft,when wagering was complete.i saw my bonus and bets history.bonus was complete in 03.47 and i played betsoft at 04.14.So,there was no bonus terms violation at all.i send them the screenshots.he said that they will check it and come back with an answer on monday!!!they need 4days to check what i checked in 2 minutes.jaro i am familiar with sg internatonal nv and behaviour like that.all players have problem with casinos of sg.they find the most crazy ways to postpone a withdrawal.why should i wait 14 days to get my withdrawal when the casino advertises fast withdrawal in -72 hours with e wallets...14 days of waiting was 14 years ago.serious casinos changed that and pay within hours.foxyplay isnt one of those.live chat has auto answers tbe most familiar is that the will pass my withdrawal tbe the financial department and get in touch as soon as possible....i had this answer 4-5 times...they really dont care and you can easily understand that...

Frankly, not many casinos can restrict forbidden games on a technological level. Which may result in a very nasty surprise. If the wagering was completed however, I'd say, the casino should take that into account.

When it comes to the withdrawable limit - 5x bonus, I'd say, it should be quite easy to verify the information in the terms. I'm sure this step will follow in the complaint, and I'm glad you came here and submitted one.

I am having problems too. I unfortunately didn't read the reviews before playing here. I made a deposit, had some good luck, made a $550 CAD withdrawal and submitted the documents requested. At that time chat was available and after reading the reviews I told the agent I'm nervous now and she said (I have the transcripts) "there's nothing to be nervous about" and then confirmed that verification and withdrawals are done within 72 hours. That was four days ago, and now chat isn't available. There's an active complaint happening at AskGamblers that's worth checking out because it looks like they are responding over there, and it might be a good idea to share reviews there to let people know what's going on. I sent a message to Foxy Play letting them know I'll be filing a complaint somewhere within 24 hours if someone doesn't get back to me.

I’m sorry to hear that. I had my account closed for gambling addiction. Then they reopened my account which made me lose total amount of 2413.19 CAD. I submitted a complaint here but guru team took the casino side which I found it unfair. I have submitted official complaint to the licensing authority, but until now I got no response.


the casino is a big scam.

"I can only confirm the casino statement. According to the information provided, your account was closed on October 31st (Tuesday). At Casino.Guru, we believe that such accounts should be closed as soon as possible, and we consider 3 business days to be an acceptable period for account closure. I am very sorry, but in your case, it is less than 3 days; therefore, I believe you are not entitled to receive the refund. Unfortunately, I am forced to reject your case."

Unfortunately I didn’t have enough evidence to show that the account was closed already. And then it was reopened by the casino and whatever the casino sent was not true.


i did file a complaint with official licensing authority, however I got no response back.

You won't get any reply from the Curaçao license, they don't care as long as the casino pays the license money. At least, in my personal experience, they never replied even if I had evident proofs. This is why I contact Swiss gambling commission directly when a casino isn't fair and my government blocks it. At least, they don't get money from my Swiss people.
