Through the loyalty program they have a monthly deposit bonus. I made a deposit of €375 but due to my confusion the bonus was not activated. The code had to be entered in a field on the profile page before depositing. There are no code fields in the deposit process. Finally, however, the representative in the live chat did not agree to activate it manually, it was something that I did not ask for directly, but which in other casinos they usually do. So I played 1x the amount of that deposit and proceeded to withdraw my balance.


Then I made a new deposit of €375 with successful activation of the €300 bonus, which required a turnover of 45 times (€13500). That night I had a turnover of around €7-8,000 with 0 withdrawal balance and a bonus of €360. The next day I found out that the withdrawal request had been processed and the bonus had been cancelled! In the support requests where I mentioned what these two had to do with and what violation of terms warranted the bonus void, their response was: I just had to wait for the withdrawal to go through first and they were negative about restoring the bonus.


It was a typical example of how cheap they are at Fonbet Casino GR.


For quite some time the experience was pretty smooth. However when I happened to show consistent profits, I immediately saw their behavior change: unreasonable delays in withdrawals (the last one took 1 week) and indifferent to rude behavior from support.

About withdrawals, that was the most extreme delayed.

Requested withdrawal on 30.01.2024 14:44:36. Communication via phone line on 3.2.2024, where the representative replied that he would promote it as a priority. Email request & Official complaint on 4.2.2024.
