Today I've contacted VersusOdds B.V. in hopes to geting a response via email.


I'll update you on how that goes given the fact that they contacted me with my last complaint here on casino guru regarding another of their casinos "FreeSpino" Casino which has been closed since I think 2 weeks ago..

I have played in many Versus Odds casinos and never had problems with withdrawals, is your account verified? What is strange to me is the lack of communication, all of their sites (at least the ones I know) have live chat and support by mail that normally takes a day to reply, verifications takes around a week and crypto withdrawals on average take less than 12 hours, this has been the same for me on many of their sites.

It would be good to know if your account is verified and if you were playing with a bonus or clean cash

My account is fully verified with an email confirmation as well... Thats how I know.


I have redeemed a bonus when I started playing and deposited $10 and wagered that a few times til i was ready for my withdrawal and now it's probably gonna reach mor than 12 days to get my withdrawal processed but I've only had terrible luck at VersusOdds when it comes to withdrawing my winnings.


Always had to wait more than 10x the waiting period, if not months.

Maybe the bonus is causing a delay, I suppose since it's a bonus it requires extra checking, but since you already waited enough you should file a complaint and maybe they finally communicate: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

Your account is verified, there shouldn't really be any inconveniences if you didn't play any restricted game or exceeded max bet

Update!!


So my withdrawal request was successfully cancelled due to bonus abuse???


Guys i use an LG Stylus 3 android phone.

No other device to my name

But...

Apparently I have another account with this casino but I dont have knowledge of this.


So i requested another withdrawal only this time my balance has decreased by a whole €12... Not sure why but im assuming its cause the bonus money was non cashable.


Wish me luck this time around.

Any advice or important reminder would be greatly appreciated.

If your only losing £12 for having multiple accounts which normally means account closed and winnings confiscated and your withdrawal is successfully processed you have had a result. If you wish to continue to have play at Black lion you should ask for the other account to be deleted and just continue to play with the one account.

Ever since my phones been stolen last year ive been getting these penalties from casinos even though I dont have access to the accounts and not even the user and creator of the accounts... But its been registered with my details so it looks like me and nothing i say makes the difference.


I have recovered my accounts but am only using one email address for my new signups.


I'm yet to find another duplicate account. Lord help me

Black lion will have it on record just get the other one deleted and say you just want one registered at the email you send the message from. Good luck with getting your money!!

Hi, I saw that you had a problem getting a response from the casino, is that still the case ? I also see that you were accused of duplicate accounts and thus you said that your balance was reduced by $12. The casino also told you how you should proceed and that one account will be closed and you can play from another account and ask for a withdrawal ? Or is it somehow different ? 

Of course if you have a problem you can file a complaint here and we will see if we can help you.

Hi. Yes that is still the case. My balance was reduced by €12 and the casino did not instruct me or notify me of how to proceed. Only notifying me that my withdrawal has been canceled due to bonus abuse.


I gather its from a duplicate account since ive been getting black lion promo emails sent to my work email since my phones been stolen.

Update!!


Black Lion Casino has paid my winnings of €59


The other €12 are unaccounted for. Its not in my account history but at least i got my winnings. Thank you guys for the discussion and helpful tips. I appreciate you all and a very big thank you to VersusOdds B.V. and Black Lion Casino for the final processing of my payment and successful withdrawal!!

I'm so glad you finally got your money. Nevertheless, be sure to be careful in the future not to have two accounts in the casino and if you have ever played in one and managed to open another one, I will immediately notify support so they can advise you what to do. 

Either way, you received your money and everything was sorted out.

Yes. I would in future invest my time well in this casino. Its a good choice for a wager free casino. I recommend it. Even though I believe I was a bit extra too... I think its a good choice
