At first it was Utility bill on name of my mother(surname is same) but Utility bill on my name now. Bitsler continue to rejecte any document,they answered that they dont check the documents,its checking by verificator Veriff, but how i wrote earlier all crypto casinos accepted my documents too fast where checking by Veriff.

of course all casinos accepted my documents without exception because documents on my name and with good quality.it was accepted too fast during 24 hours and bitsler dont accept it just.on my question whats exactly wrong with my documents they answered to send another document.i think they dont know what they need .

at first it was utility bill on name of my mother(surname is such) but all utilitiy bills on my name now!i have sent utiliti bills by july and by august in the end of september,they rejected it during some minutes after i uploaded document and they write again to send one of next documents:

Bank statements (must display your name, address, and bank information)

Broker extracts (must include information from the broker and the company logo, as well as your full name and address)

Credit card statements from reputable institutions

Utility bills (such as electricity, gas, water, internet, landline, waste management, etc.)

Mortgage statements

Property tax returns

i have sent bank statement from 2 different banks and utility bill by 2 months on my name and they write again to send such documents
