If the casino does not resolve the issue and does not contact you, I would definitely file a complaint with us. If you played with a bonus and fulfilled all the requirements, the cap should apply when you withdraw money for the first time after fulfilling the bonus or as soon as you complete the bonus. It's not after three withdrawals that the casino suddenly says that these are the terms, especially if you say that at the time you took the bonus, they didn't have such terms and max winnings.

At the very least, I would try with our team if the casino is not helpful.

Yeah, I will file a complaint with your team if the casino does not reply to my email within 24-48 hours from now. I think that is fair. Then they will have had four business days to respond to it.
