To be honest, I do not think I understand everything you wrote in your previous post. However, if you still need assistance, try filing another complaint against this casino. I bet you can do it since you currently have two active complaints. Here at Casino Guru, this is how we look into player concerns.

I think it's the job of an admin on the forum to reply to people's posts, don't you think ? If you answer and exchange feedback with another player, we try not to interfere, but of course we have to take into account what players write. Not everything is always black and white as it seems at first sight. 

The fact that we try to help is a matter of course because if I ask someone who comes with a problem what happened, I try to explain to them if it would be possible for the team to help them or what they might have done wrong, what they need to remember and so on. 

It's not at all about who knows who, nobody knows each other here, but if you have such an opinion then I guess the meaning of the word forum is quite far from what it really is.

By far the most dreadful support system I've encountered. When i was lower than level 30 it woulkd take 30 - 180 minutes for a reply, and if you werent still there they would end the chat and ignore your question.


I think we all need to ask ourselves, good rating or not, who are we supporting and what systems are we really betting against online?

This casino is a disgrace. Level 33 and i'm still stuck to the worst support on any online casino. Do not expect any deposits. I no longer need to wager a certain loss. Better to burn my money and i'll get a better show.

Your bonus system is a scam and every single game is throttled on your software.

The longest streak of wins here in the past 3 - 4 weeks would be for about 10 minutes. Yes provabaly fair. A term you would not hear in the real world. I wonder why? Because it doesnt mean anything! Its rubbish.

It is so obvious that wins are tide to your XP in relation to your next level. As soon as you level up you stop winning. Unless you have throtled for 8 - 9 levels and drain someone and then you let them win for a while
