My KYC verification process was rejected as i had submitted my friend's documents which he had already submitted in his account but that account was deleted due to which KYC process was rejected.

When i contacted to support team they told me that you KYC has already approved on another account

Now i want to reverify my KYC verification process so that i could upload my original documents and complete my KYC verification process

I imagine it seems like a triviality, a reversible mistake, but the truth is, the casino most likely already considers you a troublemaker. You've breached one of the most important rules. KYC in the casino is a serious matter, once you try to fake it for any reason, it gives a clear signal to the casino that you are not welcome anymore.

At least, please do not ever do that again. 🙏 Always use only our own personal details, documents, and payment methods.

I fear there is no way to help you out. It was the worst mistake.

i cant understand why casino guru needs to post that this casino is accepting players from california which is thats not even true i have registered my account yesterday to this BC.GAME because of what casino guru rated it i thought i found the right casino.,

yeah i need my money back i ask them to refund my deposit but they are not going to do so because they have to fallow their T&C if not because casino guru have not done this rating it should not happen to any player who can see nd fall from their strategy

To be honest, I do not think I understand everything you wrote in your previous post. However, if you still need assistance, try filing another complaint against this casino. I bet you can do it since you currently have two active complaints. Here at Casino Guru, this is how we look into player concerns.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK you casino guru for understanding and making action ASAP ND REMOVING THE Unnecessary information that wasn't supposed to be posted in public. i hope i can get my refund but besides that I am happy from what you did thanks again. ignore what i said above we all makes mistakes i understand that.

I think it's the job of an admin on the forum to reply to people's posts, don't you think ? If you answer and exchange feedback with another player, we try not to interfere, but of course we have to take into account what players write. Not everything is always black and white as it seems at first sight. 

The fact that we try to help is a matter of course because if I ask someone who comes with a problem what happened, I try to explain to them if it would be possible for the team to help them or what they might have done wrong, what they need to remember and so on. 

It's not at all about who knows who, nobody knows each other here, but if you have such an opinion then I guess the meaning of the word forum is quite far from what it really is.
