I filed a complaint 4 days ago, I tried to reach them also via Skype but it seems that they have no idea what their responsibilities are.
I registered at betswagger casino with a Polish IP, I did not use any VPN to change my IP. The website was normally available, there was no message that they did not accept players from Poland. After a few hours, they asked me to send documents to verify my identity (payslip, selfie, ID photo). I did it. After a few hours, they blocked my account and wrote that they did not accept players from Poland. So I asked them to refund only my deposit (I don't want any more winnings). They asked me for my cryptocurrency address where to send my deposit back.
I sent them everything and there has been no contact for several weeks. I didn't get my deposit back. There has been no contact with them since October 20, 2023.

So that's an unpleasant situation you've gotten yourself into, and I definitely understand if you're upset because I would be too. If the casino told me they would give me a refund of my deposit and nothing has happened since and communication was at a standstill, I would be worried.
As far as the fact that you wrote to them on skype, the answer seems to me as if you wrote to a department that is not in charge of dealing with complaints and therefore they recommended that you find the authorities that deal with this license.
