I believe it would be best if you submit the complaint so we can not just review the casino but also check out the nature of such an unusually high fee. The problem is that those fees may still be ok for the casino based on their payment option portfolio. Also, it is normal to ask for a verification deposit, which actually verifies your payment option so it can be later used for withdrawal.

Hello, sadly this is not that simple, because Antillephone exists no more, which means no validator remains active.

"As of November 1st 2024, the licensing authority Antillephone N.V. has ceased all licensing operations. This is as a result of the recent changes and restructuring within the Curaçao jurisdiction.

Consequently, no Antillephone (8048/JAZ) licenses will be extended and are all to be considered expired from the date mentioned. Yes sure... for me license doesn't mean anything; there are many casinos with a valid license that don't act in good faith, that's because licensors specially from curacao do not take any claims serious. the best way is to go to court and it can be expensive and long... so casinos normally know that someone whose account was closed with only 2/3k will not go to court easy.


So they with that said, here are my top 3 red flags:


Predatory Terms & Conditions (T&Cs): When the terms and conditions mention somewhere that they at the end can decide to close any account without prior notice or something like that it means they will use it... they do not need to have an special reason for that.


Weird payment methods: I alway try to go for neteller or other Igaming known payment method.. because if something happens i can run for help there.


Overwhelmingly Negative Player Reviews: That doesnt need explanation


Is important to know... if you win try to withdraw soon as possible and see what happens... casinos hate to pay big amounts of money and for that they prefer to close the account. Play safe!
