I understand that you often get max cashout from bonuses, so if you have reached the limit of the bonus that could be withdrawn, the bonus is gone. But to have all the money and the deposited money go away doesn't make much sense to me.

My account balance on the site is 259,000₺I sent a daily withdrawal of 50 thousand and it was rejected and they told me about a new request for 31 thousand and I did that and after more than 7 hours the request was rejected and they told me about a new request for 25 thousand and after four hours the request was canceled and the money I deleted the account security number and changed it, I also deleted the two-step verification. When I contacted live support they told me to send the ID to the e-mail immediately. I did that and it told me the new security number and said that I had to go to the site and change it. I did that and I was shocked, there was no money in the account. I contacted them and they told me that I lost my money and there was no balance in my account. Is it true that I lost about 260 thousand TL in 6 minutes in a game I had never used on the site before? A conspiracy was set up by the workers at the construction site to deceive me and delete 260 thousand liras. This is illegal and inhumane. I kindly ask that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
