Hallo, ich habe Tomas E-Mails geschickt, weil er mich um Informationen, Screenshots und Chats gebeten hatte. Ich erhielt jedoch Nachrichten, als wären die E-Mails nicht angekommen, da sein Postfach voll war. Ich bat daraufhin um eine Bestätigung, ob sie angekommen seien, erhielt aber keine Antwort. Ich weiß nicht, wie das funktioniert. Ich habe neben den E-Mails auch auf der Website geschrieben, weiß aber nicht, wie die Situation ist, da ich nichts mehr von ihm gehört habe.

I’ve got the transaction but all week Ive been trying to find the website but that’s why I got redirected because it was obviously a scam. Didn’t even get a verification email for my email address. It doesn’t even come up in browser when I compare the time and date with my bank statement transaction and with my search history. It’s disgraceful

This isn’t very ethical. A worker got injured so what does that have to do with a customers winnings and payments?? What a poor excuse for a casino, just pay the man what he is owed. For u don’t mind taking their money without excuses but when it comes to paying it’s a totally different story. Well, I don't know what to think about all this because you look or talk as if we took the money from you, which is not true since you deposited it in the casino in the first place. 

The second thing I would like to express is to write from one account because it can be confusing, not only for me but also for other players who read this. 

To get to the point, if you don't remember the page and don't know anything about the casino, it's hard to try to help. Basically, you don't know anything and that doesn't help us. What I can think of is that if you can't get there and can't even find the site, I would try a chargeback with the payment provider. But it could cause gambling problems in the future. I don't know what else I would advise in such a situation, as I have not come across one before.

I would probably say that if you are going to play somewhere in the future, check the information beforehand, as this should not happen in a normal casino.
