So, Mobilum have claimed to be investigating my transactions for 6 weeks now. They have now closed my ticket without a response. I submitted another ticket which was closed immediately without a response. I submitted chargeback requests to my bank 5 weeks ago but they are still not initiating them. I’m so frustrated with how long they are stalling, I call them every day and they say they have no updates. Any help is appreciated.

Hi if you’re referring to swipez I emailed them once a week for 3 weeks no reply and today my bank told swipez have processed a refund of all payments and I should get it back within 5 days so they don’t reply but if you keep on they just refund by the looks of it

Any bank with MasterCard doesn’t give refunds but if you just email the company they should give you a refund without even contacting you. If your bank is a UK bank like Barclays Lloyds then they might do a charge back for you but if I was you, I’ll just go straight to the company because even though banks do charge banks sometimes it reverses and they take their money back.
