Weil Die Reihenfolge der Benachrichtigung egal ist. Hättest Du zu erst das Geld zurückbekommen wärst Du glücklich und Die wäre die Reihenfolge egal.

Nun hast Du eine negative Nachricht bekommen, und alles ist scheiße .


Die Zahlungen sind kein verbrechen, maximal eine Straftat oder eine Ordnungswidrigkeit. Dir steht der Weg frei, eine Klage zu erheben um die Sache vor Gericht zu verhandeln und Klarheit in dieser Angelegenheit zu bringen.
