I'd take your point if you were online paying for groceries and it showed on your card as electronic goods - this is where a minor miscoding has applied. For highly restricted and regulated goods you can't just put a grocery or electric code - it is restricted for the reasons outlined.
Also children use debit cards now - by not using the correct coding for gambling you are opening the door for them to gamble online because nothing will be age restricted! Rules are in place for a reason.

The biggest issue is that they’re 100% scamming. The fact they have to use a different merchant code to even received the transaction because they know they can’t transact with UK players under the gambling act 2005 under section 33. Then if you get to deposit chances are they will give you the run around when it comes to withdrawing. For instance I deposited said amount on a casino in Curacao went to withdraw, was told my account was banned due to playing from a restricted area yet they allowed me to deposit multiple times over two weeks.

Luckily I kept screenshots of everything to strengthen my case but it's how you put it across and explain the story start to finish that's most important.
Yes raise a case here if you won the money fairly then they are good at getting the money paid out or use Casinomeister open a PAB(pitch a bitch) case they usually work as long as no T&C’s have been breached

Im not questioning the ratings - we had this discussion previously, I understand how your ratings work. I was questioning your comment "doesnt neccesarily mean an act of scam". It is a scam/money laundering/fraud and its not my definition - it's literally the two biggest providers of card services on the planet that are stating this and it's their service!
