Are you sure you got the chargeback directly from Visiola and not from a payment provider?

I mentioned earlier in this thread that there is a company listed in GB as Visiola Ltd. Newly listed company in 2023. Seems like they are the culprit. I can’t see Visiola.Org charging anyone or refunding anyone for anything else but donations or actual coarses. This is not them.

it took 3 days to arrive in my bank account.

and they forgot some transactions so make sure to tell them to investigate for that certain timeframe

Elegro took about a week to agree to a refund, then once processed 1-2 days. Might be worth chasing them again.

Another user mentioned they got a refund from them, perhaps not the same company? Not sure - Visiola has been the hardest one for me so far. Still also never been able to find "Frenno"
