in summary just that there are a number of transactions on my bank statement that I don’t recognise or authorised made to them or processed by them what now looks like, has been re routed to online casinos who do not have licence to operate in UK and should have not been accepted, and that this is laundering. I said if not refunded asap, I’ll raise externally with regulators such as FCA/FOS, action fraud, police for a fraud case, visa and Mastercard schemes etc etc

in that case, I assume that the payment processors have notified Mr Jones Casino regarding the chargebacks (they’re essentially powerless because they can’t contest the chargebacks) so they’ve opted to send you threats instead
