ich habe es ähnlich gemacht. Die Fälle wurden jetzt von meiner Bank an VISA weitergeleitet. War das bei dir auch so? Ist das ein gutes Zeichen? (Ich habe 10 Chargebacks bei verschiedenen Shell Firmen gleichzeitig am laufen)

Paymentiq verweigert die Mitwirkung am Rückerstattungsprozess und beruft sich dabei auf die übliche Ausrede, dass sie lediglich Vermittler zwischen Händlern und Kunden seien.

I’ve confirmed it’s definately not TrustPayments now so I’ve contacted PaymentIQ and Finteqhub and formally requested who the merchant is for the transactions they have processed for me as a SAR request. They probably won’t reply but then il go to FCA about PaymentIQ as they are still owned by Worldline until they are sold to Invest Incore

PaymentIQ is appearing on most of my transactions as psp on the networks, but finteqhub replied they have nothing to do with it!
