Did paymentiq reply to you? They might give a website for the merchant which can help for chargeback. Hupeiwe would be good to know the website.

Paymentiq verweigert die Mitwirkung am Rückerstattungsprozess und beruft sich dabei auf die übliche Ausrede, dass sie lediglich Vermittler zwischen Händlern und Kunden seien.
