So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I never got a under review email only 10 emails asking for documents.

I had send a email CCing them to fca and ombudsman. Then I got this email.

Nope nothing. Think the ombuds/fca mail did the trick to make them respond. But I still didnt get a gdpr list tho. Ive replied asking for gdpr and why they asked me all that private information.

by the sounds of it it is Walletto that process for them as this was their response and this is Smarket website
