@Romi @Admin …Can I open a formal complaint against a crypto casino that allowed my 17-year-old son to create an account using only an email address, without providing his full name, date of birth, or completing any KYC or age verification?
The casino allowed him to purchase cryptocurrency using my credit card, deposit funds, and withdraw more than €1,000 without verifying his identity or age.
I have contacted the casino and requested a refund of the losses, but they have ignored my request.
Please let me know if I am eligible to submit a complaint and what steps I should follow.

Ich habe bei einem Wettanbieter ( bet 22 ) Geld eingezahlt. Auf der Abrechnung steht „peratera" die Bank heißt gurupay.eu. Weiß jemand welcher Händler dahinter steckt? Ich wäre sehr dankbar für Hilfe, vielleicht hat ja jemand Erfahrungen und würde sie mit uns teilen. Vielen Dank
