It was three weeks for me. I sent them one email a week and after three weeks escalated to the CNB. A refund came without any reply from either of them randomly one day.

Pleased you got the right outcome, just confusion why others aren’t getting the same treatment but possibly it’s to do with the size of losses involved.

I was also misled initially that my payments were made in Nuvei because they have connection to Payaut but i found out that it is not connected to Payacctopup, it is a different company. I also send messages to Nuvei support and they checked my activity and they confirmed the payments are not processed with them. I'm planing to go to my bank to raise chargebacks, they will most probably see who processed the payment. Will keep you posted

Hi everyone looking for some advice again so wexhype have also contested my chargeback this time they have provided I.P address I've checked it matches my location 🤦‍♀️ name , dob and phone number only mistake is the mobile number is wrong they've provided minimal details on who the company actual is so I cant even find the site to prove I cant log in , the only detail is they say they have sold me skins but no link to any website and the picture they have sent as the sign up page is different to the wehype skin page and advice please 🙏
