You are getting daily mails with bonus offers. Then make deposit use code and bonus is not added...live agents are unhelpful. After all i made 7 deposits, and i can say smtn is not right on that casino, not even once i didnt manage to at least double my deposit. seems rtp is very low or smthng. Games are openning bonusea but payouts are funny, if manage to win 10x-15x this is a big win on that casino. My decision is to close accaunt and will not continue playing here.

Hello.
For casino with such high estimation is probably expected to solve the technical problems ASAP. But its far from this. Play'n go games stoped working, on live chat they have every time the same answer wait for email from relevant department blablabla, im waiting for over a week and nothing.
Also when i want to set a deposit limit it's been the same answer for months-we are not offering this possibillity YET. YET! Few months passed i asked several times, every time the same answer YET. What yet? You need months to establish a deposit limit tool and weeks to inform player why specific provider stopped working? Is this normal? Live chat agents look like they have paragraphs prepared in advance, totaly unhelpful, just loosing time with them.
On the beginning they were very good i had few nice cashouts. But after months they imapir in generally, as i noticed with every page update, casino become worse in particular things.

1st thing is very bad rtp, i lost almost as quick as i deposited, my deposit and 1st bonus.
2nd thing i got 2x 50fs with 1st deposit bonus. I playes game and winnings stayed captures in the game, it wasnt caunted to my ballance. On live chat i was getting the same answer over again, that my issue is "currently beeing resolved" for 36 hours. Then i lost my temper and send them somewhere and demanded accaunt closure.
Dont play here, it impossible to win and your bonusses will not be cresited.
