The website offered 2 different resolutions, both pretty small. I think if I submit a complaint here atleast others would be aware?

I know what you mean.

Could you describe those resolutions, please? In my opinion, players have a better chance to read this conversation rather than the complaint, because we have not yet figured out publishing the sweepstakes casinos on our website. I have no idea whether the complaint can even be accepted.

However, it is still a free feature; hence, I guess it's worth trying. In the worst-case scenario, it won't be published, but this thread will remain.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I believe it would also be beneficial to change the thread's name so it would include the sweepstakes word and the casino name. Do you agree? I can do that, though I'm not sure what specific name you mentioned.

First they offered a very small resolution amount, then I met with thier manager 2 days ago and he offered a higher amount. Yesterday they e mailed me a document to sign which had the first amount that I already declined. It also includes a bunch of legal terms like I will not be able to ever pursue any chargebacks or legal action to the company, etc. Im thinking I will not agree and sign nothing, and keep trying to find legal help or atleast submit as many complaints as possible.

Radka the name is www.speedsweeps.com and its sister company www.sweepsroyal.com

Thanks always.

Well, I still do not get why you should adhere to some compensation if you have not done anything wrong... I mean, is this the usual solution when a player wins? That's crap.

In any case, I suggest you read this source; it might help with finding the closest authority:

As far as I can guess, the Federal Trade Commission could be a good call.

Are you willing to try out?

I tried the Federal Trade Commission. They suggested the internet crime website. I am willing to try any option and will start to look at lawfirms that deal with consumer protection.

Oh, so it is not really a direct form of player protection. Okay, let's see how far one has to go for that. I'll gladly be here for any thoughts, experiences and tips. As we said, this gambling is meant to be unregulated, and now it looks just like it. 🙁
