I'm truly wondering how should the system recognizes when the max bet button was hit by accident. Do you have any idea? I don't.

The max bet button is to the left of the spin button. During my game play I sometimes use the stop button which is the spin button also but only when the reels are spinning. It is easy to slip to the left a bit during this time.

I remember several complaints about players accidentally hitting the max bet button and losing the balance in two spins. Probably some elder cases.

I still don't understand how this can be avoided using the system, though.

I believe RTG upgraded the max bet button. If accidentally hit the max bet goes to max but the reels do not spin. The player still has to be aware of the bet amount. At least the player has a chance to catch it before the reels act it out.

Aha! So it should be some sort of postponed spin, right? That's an interesting idea, have never heard bout it before. Would be nice if somebody could record it, but I would not risk max bet myself 🙂.

I would contact chat service and ask them if they received your docs. Then ask them what is the delay.

I noticed on their homepage there was a $97,000 winner if that is real lol. Maybe they are at a low of funds. Maybe that's why they didn't pay me and turned it around on me.

After reading all the stories about payouts from this casino and how people didn't get theirs. Or they got declined they're winnings. This doesn't sound that good to me. I hope this is not the case. They told me twice now in live chat that I will get my money. I still can't even cash out. I've sent my documents but haven't heard anything as of yet. I lost my job on Nov 27th and it stinks.I was working 26+years and this was my Christmas present. Didn't even have one this year. I've won my share of money in 15 years playing,also had withdraws of 8,000 ,4,000 among others that are smaller amounts.I really need this I won. Ok,I just went into live chat and was told that they are still missing a cc pic.Ive sent the darn thing to them 4 times since novermber.Stupid liers

I don't know what type of email program you are using but I sent all documents as high priority with a return receipt. If its only the credit card they want I would just send it. I think you can also attach it as a JPG on the chat window. This way the person you are chatting with cannot deny they didn't receive it. JMO

Yes,I sent it last week again.I never got email that my account was verified. When I logged in it let me choose the cash out option Bitcoin, bankwire,or a check. Now we're just waiting to see if they send the funds. I still haven't heard a word from this casino. Not a single email asking for any paperwork that needs to be submitted nor when my withdrawal will be sent. I've been playing on and off for 22 years and I have never had this kind of problem. I wasn't expecting to have problems with this site from what I was reading. I guess I was wrong.

Well after over 30 days I waited to cash out.Was not able to until my account was verified. Well it was or I thought it was.Today I got email saying it was declined.Well this socks and I have now made a decision to no longer play on any of their sites. This group does not pay out this group lies to you.

That's terrible sorry to hear that. Do you know why they denied you? I never had a problem cashing out until now. I see you still have a complaint with them.

They seem to be taking forever with my complaint also.

Nope but went into live chat and rep said i needed to send a pic of my face in.So i did and i have no idea what else to do or try.Mybe when i stopped at 650.00 and while waiting i played it and went to 900.00 and i didn't brake any rules that i can see.Ive cashed out on 2 of their sister sites with no problems. But I'm now done playing on the other sites now. Why play if their not going to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
