I got a reload deposit bonus offer to my email on Monday. I deposited 30€ and got 30€ bonus money. I immediately won 1700€ with 0,4€ bet and managed to beat the wager and withdrew 800€. I requested the withdrawal over 60 hours ago and it's still pending. Livechat says payment department has workload so it's going to take till next week.

My account has been verified like 2 months ago when I created the account and their FAQ says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours if no additional documents are needed. So I'm wondering how it can take one week to process a withdrawal especially when my account is verified and they told no additional documents are needed. Even their terms and conditions say: "Bank Transfer payouts are typically processed within three (3) banking days. USD payouts via Bank Transfer are not available."

For some reason it seems like they're delaying my withdrawal on purpose. Atleast that's how it feels like. I read online that other people have gotten their withdrawal within 3-4 days. I have never heard that a withdrawal takes one week to be processed with Zimpler payment method. And if the account is verified there shouldn't be any delays other than gamecheck since I played with bonus funds. But that shouldn't take 1 week.

Can I make a complaint already or do I have to wait till the next week to see if they're going to process my withdrawal or not like they promised? If their FAQ says within 24 hours if account is verified and also their terms and conditions say within 3 banking days. So it shouldn't take till next week.

Oh okay, I see. I guess I'll wait till Monday and if the withdrawal is still pending I'll file a complaint. I have been in contact with them via their livechat daily. They keep saying the same that the withdrawal will be processed soon as possible but their payment team is extremely busy so it will take till next week. This is unusual behaviour from this casino because usually people have gotten their withdrawals within 3 days from this casino, I read online. But there are people who have been waiting for 2 weeks also. My account is fully verified, I verified my account months ago and they haven't asked me to send any additional documents. I think it's unreasonable to wait 7 days or so for a withdrawal especially if your account is fully verified. And the withdrawal amount is 800€ so there shouldn't be many checks.


I requested the withdrawal on July 1st 01:30 AM UTC +3 approx. And it has been pending since. Their FAQ says within 24h if they don't need additional documents. And their general terms and conditions say within 3 banking days, which seems to be the deadline. Honestly I think they're making excuses because the casino is not that well known so there shouldn't be many withdrawals in the queue before me that it would take 1 week to process a single withdrawal.

Also it's weird how there's two withdrawal windows and other one shows that the withdrawal was successfully processed and the other one says it's still pending. "Withdrawal requested on 1:28 AM", "Withdrawal completed on 10:35 AM"


I just realized first screenshot (The last screenshot in this comment) it says "Withdrawal requested on 1:28:05 AM then "Withdrawal completed on 1:28:11 AM" So it says withdrawal was completed 6 seconds later after I requested it. But later I noticed that they had changed the completed on time to 10:35 AM instead of 1:28:11 AM. I think that's weird.

So seems like the withdrawal was stuck all the time or something. And I asked them many times last week that check if the withdrawal is stuck etc. but they told me it's fine just workload. And now they inform almost 1 week later it has been stuck. Unbelievable. Could've looked into it earlier. Well I just canceled the withdrawal and requested a new one like they asked me to. Now I'm waiting for livechat to answer me so I can tell them I requested a new withdrawal.

Issue resolved. They finally paid me. I wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone who wants to know 100% when they're getting their withdrawal.
