Thats's because they can do that,cause they are scammiest site i've ever come across,usually some point they put it back,but it can take even months and they dont notify about it in anyway,i sure wish that you get some of the money back,but thats probably false wish!

Little update regarding superb. I withdrew £90 which they actually sent to me, I the. Requested £4000+ and it has been sitting in the "awaiting" since. The previous withdrawal initially said "accepted" and there was no "awaiting", clearly the don’t want to pay out the big amount.

I'd love to say something positive; however, even the Safety Index, in my opinion, declares that this casino is no longer interested in a fair approach.

I believe that while many casinos view chargebacks as an unfair action, I would pursue them in such situations because casinos that neglect players' concerns and refuse to pay out legitimate winnings have already taken the first unfair step.
Additionally, I'd like to ask players from regulated countries to reconsider playing in offshore casinos with very negative feedback across the internet. Such a site provides literally no protection.
It is far safer to play within the borders of your regulatory body. 🙏

Radka is right,it is better safe for those m.f......s than put your money in and never getting any of them back,i was in the play mood today and was searching for the Best bonus offer to play,there was one that looked too to be good,200% up to 2000 and only 10x wager,so immediatly i dive in to there world little deeper and ultimately found out that they have this site like any f......g scam f...s that you come along in your Journey to be just a slot player,put your money in,we never give you s..t back,so thanks for this kind of places like here you actually can research these casinos before playing,thanks guru members,be safe and food luck!

I haven’t deposited, had a bet or used the casino since I deposited the £20 and won £5000. I’ve had £90 sent so I am already £70 up, if it takes me years I will eventually get the money. I don’t "use them" other than emailing them everyday.
