Attention please for this scam casino


I deposit 50 euro. Used welcome bonus sports 100%

I won 175 euro after reach the wagerment. 

I have proves of this. 

I played day and night 5 days before i leaved on the other part or the world for visiting my girlfriend for 2 months ( relation distance) 

They knew this, i told them many times. I played fast because i was afraid not acces on the webiste in that other country.

My documents were fine ( i had the feeling they tried to make me stressful because they rejected some documents, while they were fine) 

I asked them Kindly for hurry up, so i could withdraw before my leaving. 

Thet confirmed me that everything will be fine and i will withdraw my 175 euro fast. 


Just 2 hours After getting email with confirmation account verified i got email with the most stupid message i ever got ' we rejected your withdraw and deducted 125 euro money because in our terms and conditions without any explication to you we have that right' 


They destroyed my vacation now. I am so depressed. I played day and night and was proud i wagered the bonus. 

A little bit respect or empathy, they dont know these words? 


After they took away my 50 euro deposit money also because i wrote in emotion ' you gangsters, get a life ' and they told me not is fine to be aggressive 🙄

Funny, what did they expect? That i congrats them? 


After sending 10 emails they wrote me only that i broke the rule in point 12.11.1 

But that's a big lie of course 😂 i read that rule 3 times. Nothing happend. 

I did nothing wrong ( i have years experience with this welcome sport bonusses + the same company as them (sister casinos) payed me out in the same situation) and i told them i have proves of all. Also i can show them all my bets placed. Everything was 100% correct. 

But they dont care.


I am begging them for pay out my 175 euro and for abuse another player that won more ( i could understand) ( 175 not is 17 500 🙄) but they ignored me and just wrote 

' descison is final'

You also said that casino claimed that you broke the rule in point 12.11.1. Could you post the explanation how you broke this rule in the eyes of the casino? If they provided you with such evidence/explanation.

I never played at this casino and never will. Famagousta B.V are well known criminals by now. They spam my email twice(!) a day and im fed up with that. They use different emails and they use something called Nareshit.com to spam out the bullshit. Would be nice to find these guys...

These spams are extremely annoying, and what's worse, very little can be done to avoid them...

I imagine it will not be very effective to ask support to remove your email from their mailing list when discussing the casino group with that specific low reputation score.

No I do not have an account. The name Famagousta gives me very bad vibes from years ago. I have blocked everything.

No I dont know. This is also a big problem. These dishonest casinos also sell our phone numbers and our emails to other casinos. I had calls from the UK telling me to deposit at a casino that I never ever heard of, not owned by any company I previously made any deposits to. But its my own fault that register at casinis shouldnt.


Yeah often affiliates so the casino can say they have no control over it.

Especially if you play in a casino within a bigger group, in most cases you will sooner or later get promotions from many other casinos in the same group. Shared services, shared information.

Sometimes these promotions are even handled by third-party companies or affiliates. As a result, we can continue getting emails from casinos where our account has been closed or even from casinos we have never played at. 🙁 So, I think you are far too harsh on yourself. What really matters is that you are aware of that now and can work with this experience.

So far, I have not seen anything useful enough to be worth recommending, to be honest...
