Hey leute ich rate jedem davon ab auch nur einen cent in dieses verschissene drecks betrüger Casino einzuzahlen ich habe bereits 500-600Euro die letzen 3-4 Monate eingezahlt und nie gewonnen.... gestern erhielt ich eine sms mit 75 freespins mit denen ich 9 Euro gewann aus denen ich dann 300 gemacht habe MIT wagering anforderungen die ich bereits erreicht habe ersteinmal haben sie mehrmals KYC durchfallen lassen und alles verzögert nun meinen sie in ihren AGBs würde stehen das man mit "Bonus Geld" steht dort wortwörtlich maximal 50Euro auszahlen kann ich hatte aber Freespins !!! trotzdem wollen sie das als bonus money zählen!? lächerlich! ich rate jedem davon ab dort einen cent einzuzahlen!

I guess that this is not about the general bonus and condition but about the specific one applied to the free spins you took. That's normal that every no-deposit bonus provides only a limited max withdrawable amount.
Sadly, I do not understand the part of the email that is in German, so I have no clue what the cashier wrote to you aside from point 2.
