I have been waiting since 4/12/25 for my withdrawal. The first documents I sent they said they never got 2nd set they said couldn't be used because they were cropped because the email was too large. The 3rd set sent on the 15th have finally been acknowledged and said it will take however long the processing time frame is for the withdrawal currency so now it will be another 5 days. It's just ridiculous and they can't even keep their stories straight one lady said it was processed on 4/12/25. Basically not a good casino.
