My email address I used on the account is ***. I have contacted there live chat and sent them the necessary information. They requested the withdrawal document with the swift information twice. I sent it to them multiple times. The only reason I’m concerned is because of the negative reviews I’ve read online. I’ve read there TOS and I am 100% eligible for the withdrawal. You have my permission to act on my behalf.

I'd wait for another week and then it would be reasonable to submit the complaint as well.

I hope you will not need it though. Just do not play away from your balance, I know the waiting can be tempting.

I already have 1500$ Waiting to be processed and another 1000$ waiting to go so I won’t be playing anytime soon.

They are paying people though correct? From what I read it seems like withdrawal takes awhile and I’m in line with there TOS no free play. All won off 200$ deposit. Should be 20x the deposit amount. No more play through. All says withdrawable

They don't have a single unresolved complaint as far as I can see so I suppose there shouldn't be any major issue with the casino.

I will be filing a complaint on Monday if I don’t receive any news by then. The end of today marks the 7th business day since my request for withdrawal. There finance department has emailed me but has not mentioned anything about the withdrawal requests. In total it’s 2500$. I’ll keep you guys updated.

Yes, because it's actually quite a common issue when the casinos need to deal with the payment providers. The major question is, whether it's rather a regular issue in the specific casino that players need to wait for 2 weeks for their withdrawal (then it has nothing to do with the provider, but it's rather the casino's policy to delay all withdrawals) or if it's something that happens rarely.
