It is my 8th day my withdrawals has not been processed by pokiez

the argument was that they were many winners

Hello,

sometimes it happens. At least the casino tried to explain the delay somehow. I can see that the complaint is on, but sadly, we allow casinos 14 full days, as was mentioned.

"If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you."

I hope you'll get your winnings soon. 🤞

Hello, we at Casino Guru have decided that - it has nothing to do with any group of a certain casino.

This period is applied to all casinos.

We set that limit, based on previous experiences with casinos. Kindly browse the open complaints, and you will see some cases with the information I already wrote before.

It may sound like quite a long period, but it is reasonable because especially the first verification can be quite time-consuming, but in a decent casino should be handled within two weeks even with the withdrawal.

The verification may also require a higher level of cooperation from both sides, and we want to make sure that both parties had enough time.

I did a withdrawal of $3000 after bonus deduction

they asked for more verification in that I had to photo myself holding the documents

after I uploaded these documents they cancelled the withdrawal

I have sent at least 10 emails and thru chat access

no reply to date

what can I do as this I find is a un licensed site
