To be honest I think they are criminals acting on a big scale in online gambling Casinos. They are based in Gibraltar but if you check your visa or MasterCard debit you will find the transactions went to China Nigeria and Azibyzan. They have no license and the games are pirated. Having said that I always got my money so you might still get your money but it’s a big might. They have even opened up their own Trustpilot account and have written their own fake reviews.

Actually, they're kind of banned in Germany. Since they don't have the license in Germany and they don't follow the German gambling law, they shouldn't accept players from Germany. But that's the theory. If the local internet providers won't ban the casino in Germany, the German players will be able to play there.
I'm really sorry, 2000 eur isn't just some low amount. It's a nice winning. You can keep trying to contact them regarding your withdrawal, but I'm afraid that's the only thing you can do.

Am 04.06. habe ich den Antrag auf Auszahlung des Betrags von 600 € innerhalb von Minuten gestellt. Ich habe eine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung der Auszahlungsanfrage erhalten, aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Casinos 🎰 dauert die Bearbeitung 7-21 Werktage.
