I’m having the same experience with you , 9 days im waiting to get paid . My withdrawal is processed and their chat tells me that I need to wait to fix the problem they have with payments . I’m 2 years registered there with no problems . First time this problem and it seems concerning

I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with Leon Casino regarding a withdrawal I made on June 10th, 2025.


The withdrawal is marked as "processed" on the platform, but as of today (June 19th, 2025), the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support several times, and the only response I received was that there is a "general issue with the payment system." Unfortunately, no clear explanation or estimated timeframe was provided.


I would like to emphasize the following:


My account is fully verified.

This is the first time I have encountered any issue with this casino.

The responses from support were generic and vague, which only adds to my frustration.


I have been patient, but I now consider this delay to be unacceptable. I am requesting your assistance in helping resolve this matter and ensuring that the payment is completed as soon as possible.

Hi, according to what we can see, they wrote something similar to another player. So it's quite possible that they really have some problems, I just don't understand how the withdrawals can be marked as successful. I find that confusing and when they say they sent the money and then they have a problem with the payment provider, I don't really know what you think. 

Anyway, if the casino doesn't pay within 14 days, I would contact us and our complaint resolution center and we would try to help you. 

So please try to wait a little longer and we will see how it goes.

Heute wollte ich den Rest meines Guthabens (13.000 €) abheben, aber die Option für Banküberweisung ist im Auszahlungsbereich komplett verschwunden. Der Support teilt mir lediglich mit, dass Wartungsarbeiten ohne Zeitangabe durchgeführt werden.


Einzahlungen sind weiterhin wie gewohnt möglich, auch per Skrill. Für Auszahlungen per Skrill werde ich jedoch aufgefordert, die E-Mail-Adresse zu ändern, da die in meinem Skrill-Konto hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse von der beim Casino registrierten abweicht – obwohl ich zuvor problemlos über Skrill einzahlen konnte.


Ich frage: Ist das normal? Hat sonst noch jemand Probleme mit seiner Bankverbindung bei Leon? Kann ich die E-Mail-Adresse bedenkenlos ändern oder besteht die Gefahr, dass Auszahlungen gesperrt werden?
