I would avoid the Casino.

Reason:

a. They delay payouts. I won some money and I requested a payout. They delayed it 5 days (and yes, I was always able to cancel it). Answer from the casino 1 days after my request: "we approved it, its your bank who need to process the payment." - 5 days later I received a real time money transfer, ie they lied (it is a general casino trick...so the casino hopes you will cancel the withdrawal to continue playing and lose)

b. I asked for an account closure 3 times. Answer from the casino: "I do not understand. Please be more precise." and they left my account open. The last request = they said: "I value you as a player so I leave the account open for another 24hours and then you let me know your decision." Seriously...when I ask for an account closure = close it! But they try everything to keep your playing. And yes, after my first "please close down my account" request I lost all my winning....so they got what they wanted.


In general not a bad casino, but due to the above I lost trust and I can smell their greediness. If you are unable to trust a casino = avoid!


Also...I am from Germany. Are they allowed to take German players? Or is it illegal?

I just started to play with lala bet . First I didn’t do any account verification ( ime from the Netherlands… and only see now that dutch people are not allowed . So strange

all my dutch statements including my paspoort are Dutch . First I won €600 euro and €400 . Without any verification! You pay €20 transfer cost every time but that’s fine . Then one eve I won 17.000 euro ( meanwhile after so many deposit I was a VIP included a manager . He guided me and Artur was very nice . I wanted to withdraw the money so I first did 5000 € and then about €3200 because maximum pay out is €7500 a week . I waited to days ( while there was still 10.000 euro on the account. Withdraw suddenly couldn’t be done because of Verification check ????????? The first two payouts where on my Dutch account without verification. So I played myself up to 52.000 euro … then went dingen again . Verification was still under review . So as a gambler you play .. then you need to deposit again . On that moment they offered me a pay back so the €5000 and the other on . Played then zero . I got also two Cashback ( because of the high amount of deposit, €1500 and 35 and 100 and 510 or something ( so really good . I even got a bonus well played and I played the wager !!!’ But now … being in my second holiday house in South Africa you can’t play all the games . I played some and then when I didn’t expected my beloved zero came ….. but then the problems started … it’s was not in my account. I keep e-mail up and down … also because there website doesn’t allow dutch players …… I was there with a other casino and it’s a night mare ….. I don’t bash the casino … but strange things happens now …. They also blocked me two times from live chat ..without any reason … even today again ….


what do you think about the situation? I have a feeling that low pay outs are without reason . Now suddenly ime good for verification with all your Dutch information and bank and paspoort And face selfie .


I spent so much at this casino …. I want some answers about my zero ball … and why they slow down the verification process during the high balance ….

I spotted a question, so allow me to share my point of view:

Sometimes smaller amounts can be processed and cashed out almost immediately, simply because the amount is low. Once you ask for a significant amount, all checks are run properly.

So, yes - technically, there may be a difference between getting $80 and $8.000, it depends on limits and threshold, also on your account history.

Radka the agreement is €9204 gave multiple times my banking details . Also to the payment department. Artur my VIP manager doesn’t answer at all . So it looks like a scam … nobody from lalabet answered on GUrU or other platform . I see my manager on line during the day …, he is not answering at all .. but they ask me so many times for my bankingdetails

I understand your point, but on the other hand, it is clearly stated then only legal adults are allowed. If anyone fakes the birthdate to pass the registration, I'm quite sure the casino is not responsible when someone is acting in bad faith directly against the rules. I do blame the casino for no KYC before my first payout. Thats bad! But that is not the point why they should return any payment. That is just not good as anyone with a bank account could play and withdraw.


Yes, great they do a KYC eventually to get someone banned.


But bad = they accept players from Germany even though they have no license = illegal. And yes, it is not up to the player to check this. If you sell drugs to the world you can not blame the buyer to check first.

Hi. I have been playing for over a month at Lalabet. I found their website from a site called Onlinecasinospelen. Which is dutch and strongly recommends the site for being legal and one of the best. So my friends and I started playing here. I am not really there for the money but for the entertainment. My total deposits are 20K+ and my withdrawals are like 15K max. I withdrew once before they asked KYC verification. I withdrew the once while being in process of the KYC verification. The KYC process began when I want d to withdraw for the second time. It has been over 2 weeks still not verified. I was approached via email they wanted me to verify which i sent the documents and 1 day after they asked for a selfie with my Id. After that no response. In the meanwhile i had a balance of 280k but like I said I was there for the entertainmant. But ofcourse I would like to make money in the meantime. Later I learned from my friend who is also playing here that players from the Netherlands are not legally allowed to play here. So I wanted a refund of my money. My vip manager who has an dutch account who has ignored me before when i asked about my verification process still has not replied to me even tough the chat on the site said like 3 times to me my ViP manager will answer me in 5 minutes. Well 3 minute promisses here I am. I feel scammed and fooled. The website and my vip manager were well aware I am a Dutch player (vip manager has a dutch number and he can see mine is also) and (when sent documents for verification they saw my info and replied one day after for a selfie which I never had an answer back too). I want my money back i feel fooled and scammed and I feel like they are fucking with me with the messages in the lalabet chat.
