I would rate Ibet.com as the best site for slots if it werent for this, maaany providers and design and everything is 100%. But if you know how PlayNGo works, its quite easy to notice that they have lowered the rtp on those.
Too bad they choose the fraudulent path and choose to be a low rtp casino, then I cant let them have my deposits. Support claimed 94% rtp to be "really good" lol.
Oh yes, I think it should be industry standard to have the rtp showing clearly on every slot. I know its there if you look at it but it should be in front, game play page..clearly showing

I understand what you mean. It is so nice if a casino offer many entertaining slots, however, it isn't quite good if you feel, that RTP is lower than it should be. RTP 94% isn´t really good at all 🙂

I am user of Ibet and my account ID is 1222596. They do not provide any cashback up on losses. I had made more than 200k of deposits and yes there are few winnings as well.
Last night I made around 75k of deposits, and all lost. I chatted with customer support team regarding cashback, and they failed to provide any cashback.
Their customer service is misleading, and they are not willing to help.

Hello, in this case I was wondering if the cashback is not subject to a day when they return money to players from their deposits ? You never got cashback even though you were entitled to it ? What are the conditions to get it ?
Obviously it doesn't work like that, you lose and as soon as you write to support they give you cashback.
