Do you have any recommendations or tips on where to start?

I have a Binance deposit address linked to Hunnyplay, which should be KYC-approved. Beyond that, I’m not sure where else to begin when it comes to finding contacts or identifying a legal entity to sue.

I also found a website called Alchemygames.io, which seems to be the platform Hunnyplay operates under. They provide an address, but it looks like it might be a shell company. Additionally, the game providers that supply Hunnyplay with live games and slots must work a legal entity, right? Would it be possible to obtain this information through a lawyer to help build a case?

Hunnyplay has withdrawn over 400k to Binance in the past 90 days. Their business seems to be doing well, so I don't believe they lack the funds to pay us. I’m currently waiting for their next response, but if nothing promising comes from it, I’ll seriously consider pursuing legal action.

I think i will contact the game providers first. They should have legal information about the company that they are providing services for. Otherwise, I’ll try through a lawyer to obtain information. But for now i’ll wait for Hunnyplay message to update us begin November. If that is not satisfactory. I look further into this


It is sad to see such behaviour from a casino goes without consequences. They have been withholding money from multiple people without good reasons. While other/new players can easy withdraw amounts bigger than us without any issues. But i guess those players will run into the same problem after they win BIG

Ich sehe, dass du aus den Niederlanden kommst: Da Hunnyplay rechtlich gesehen ein „illegales" Casino ist, kannst du eine Beschwerde bei der KSA (Gambling Authority) einreichen. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, können sie dir auch bei allen rechtlichen Schritten helfen und werden dann auch mit einer hohen Geldstrafe bestraft, damit sie solche Praktiken nicht wiederholen. Übrigens führt eine Meldung an die KSA nicht dazu, dass deine Gewinne konfisziert werden oder ähnliches, sie sind also einfach sicher. Lass mich wissen, wenn ich dir irgendwie helfen kann!

It is surely not without consequences, though. The casino gets black points for every unresolved complaint, like yours, and then it'll sow on its safety index, which will go down.

Update on Hunnyplay. Since I cannot reopen my complaint.

After 4 months, we received only 10% of our withdrawal and are still waiting for the rest. I'm in contact with 3 other people expericieng the exact same problem. Meanwhile on-chain data shows new players are getting paid out without any issues. We are also getting no response from the VIP manager. I believe there is no excuse or reason anymore to withhold our funds so they just ignore us.
