Hello guys , new member.

So I am playing a lot of years to numerous casinos. So I start playing recently in Horus casino (I used to play there back in the days but not a major win).

Monday 13/06/2025 I managed to win a big amount of money 25.000 Eur.

I made a withdrawal and the system said it takes up to 48 hours to process it . (To mention here that I am fully verified.)

I left couple of thousand of euros in my balance . So days go by and now I managed to have 75.000 eur.

But still they don’t proceed my Withdrawal request from Monday.(4 days ago) .

I would really like to hear your experience with this casino . And if you think that I am gonna take the money because to be honest I highly doubt it.

Hope all of you are fine .

Just wanted to ask about Horus casino .

Monday I requested a big withdrawal 20K. Because their limit according terms is 20K per month. My total win is now 75K. As at today no response and my withdrawal request is still in progress and I am able to cancel it.

I talk with support and the only answer I received is to contact finance department. I did that, I sent them 3 emails but no response.

Since it’s been 5 days (to clarify: when you ask for a withdrawal they say 48Hours.) I thought not to file a complaint yet.

Can I have some thoughts?

Do you think that I may get the money? Because I am starting losing hope.


P.S. no bonus taken from them.

Hello, first of all, congratulations on such an impressive sum!

I imagine it feels like a cold shower now that you can only see the amount sitting in the casino without anyone carrying out the withdrawal. 🙁

If you have always complied with the rules, I see no reason for the money to be at risk. This lack of response at this moment only means delay unless the support comes with different information. I would, for example, expect a thorough investigation, gameplay included, which is common for such an amount.

What I found as a failure, though, is that you have no idea what's happening and have to ask on your own. That should not happen; support should guide you.

It feels indeed like a cold shower.

Quick update. I am now at 42K but I stopped playing . Yeah I had fun I played a lot but I don’t won’t to lose the money. And I already lost a big amount (maybe this is their plan) . So I stopped now, I am gonna take the 42K.(at least I hope so)

Yesterday I sent them several messages again and the only thing that happened was that they credited me 1000 euros in my account . Well I think is a little bit weird that they gave me only 1000 euros. To note here that every withdrawal request is 1000 euros according casino rules. But still I have like 20 requests and 10 of them are at the same time .

Any thoughts?

Hello,

smart move - do not play. If there is really some scheme, let's just not fall for it.

I would gladly provide tips, but for that to happen, some cooperation with the casino is necessary. I believe we both have no clue why they start with one thousand. The last time we checked, the casino had a monthly limit of $20,000. Why would they divide it into 20 withdrawals?

I hate to repeat myself here, but this is basically rather stupid. Someone should talk to you about the payout plan. I'll stay close just in case you actually get some answers. It is good to see the withdrawal requests exist, but the lack of care is not good at all.

Hope you are well.

I received a more detailed email yesterday from both finance and support.


In few words they assured me that from their check to my accounts everything’s is ok and they are waiting from a gaming provider to do a gameplay check .

After that they will proceed to paying me in instalments.

Good news i guess.

Finally, some direct, concrete news, and quite good ones. The provider's check is typical, but the most noteworthy aspect, in my opinion, is that the casino account has undergone verification and is in good standing.

I believe you are now in the best position to receive full payment. I still quite do not get the partial withdrawals, but that's just me, I guess. 🙂
