It's great that you finally managed to get in touch with the casino and that Pickle helped you. Maybe there was just some technical glitch when the links from the site didn't work for you, but that's just my guess. 

However, how long did it take you to verify ? Was it right away and you didn't have a problem with any documents ? What is your experience so far in this casino ? 🙂

well... my experience with Galaktika N.V. 🙂 all casinos owned by Galaktika N.V. are big joke 🙂 do not play in Galaktika N.V. casinos 🙂 all... no matter what software is have abuse rules and can freeze you money for 30 days without reason 🙂 if you win in one Galaktika N.V. Casinos they will have you data and will ban you in every casinos (use all rules against you... waiting 30 days for money 🙂 ) deposit instant, withdraw? 30 days 🙂 They say this is KYC unfortunately for them KYC not exist on CURACAO xD so they are lying about KYC 🙂 god for us (for customers not for affiliant site like casino guru 😉) there is something like Omnibus directive... and if you try to convince people that 30 days waiting for money is KYS rules you can lost 10% of you profit because it is against customers 🙂 And what experience so far with Galaktika N.V. you have? 🙂

Hi thank you for describing your experience, but I had the impression that you might also have a good experience with Drip Casino , when you verified yourself here. 

Nevertheless, my experience is nonexistent. I'm just an admin on the forum and I don't use to play in casinos. For me it's a waste of money, so I have zero experience so far and probably won't have any other. 🙂

Because this rating is fake 🙂 You know why? 🙂 you have answer from Jaro (forum admin) in my answer 🙂 they dont play in casino 😉 and what is business model Casino Guru? 🙂 They earn money on you lost in to casino 😉 So... if they will describe fair situation nobody will register from affiliate links and Casino guru dont earn money on you lost to casino 😉 all internet casino/bookies rating based on affiliate/reflinks are fake and use sociotechnique to get you money 😉 If you for example feel positive/good you are able to lost more money without control 😉 this is main trick used by casino and site like casino guru 😉

I don't understand how you figured out that the rating is fake. After all, every player has the option not to play in the casino. No one is forced to deposit money. 

Anyway, we get offers from various casinos every week. They offer us money for increasing their rating or to start promoting them in TOP casinos for specific markets. We never accept such offers. All the ratings and standings are based on many tests and reviews done by real human-beings (not robots) and we do these tests couple times per year.

I can also outline- fundings and income:

all this kind site have one buisness model... earning money on you lost 😉 they get profit from you lost 😉 even forum bukmacherskie earning money on you lost via affiliate agreement with bookies/casinos 😉 You will not lost money if you not deposit money so them must upgrade casino rank 😉

So if there is a big difference in reviews between CasinoGuru and Trustpilot, that's fine. Every player has the opportunity to decide whether to play at the casino. You can look at information from multiple sources, it's just better. Just because there's a difference doesn't mean the reviews would be fake. It is quite important to realize how many reviews are submitted there and here and each one is approved or rejected by persons under certain rules.

What do you think it should be ? The casino extends your verification, not us. We're not the casino. Why didn't you file a complaint? Our team would have tried to help you and look into your case. Because what you're doing now is just coming in here and complaining. 

So if you want something to be done about it, you have to do something about it.

I think we provide enough information about casinos. We can't provide everything, and just because you have a problem doesn't mean another 1000 players have it. If you look at the complaints based on this casino you might see what issues are occurring and that's a pretty significant source. What hidden informations do you think are on this page ?

This casino needs to be boycotted. Avoid it like the plague, don't play and don't let these scammers who operate on an outdated license make money. :)

I think you've been given enough hints not to play here and this was probably the last straw. If you feel like you're repeating the same thing over and over again, the best thing to do would be not to play here as you yourself announced. Another decision would probably be pointless. 🤔
