Why should the casino have a lower rating and why don't you trust us anymore ? Sorry, but that's pretty out of line with what you're saying. Based on looks ? How would we evaluate the casino ? When we review a new casino it's obviously harder to give it a very positive or negative rating right away, you need to have experiences from the players you are talking about, so when the casino gets on our page, the safety index is further developed based on time and experience. Hallo, ich habe immer noch ein Guthaben in Höhe von 500 € bei Cryptobetsports. Ich hatte bereits 2 Wochen vor deren Schließeung einen Auszahlungsantrag gestellt, der allerdings nicht bearbeitet wurde. Als das Casino geschlossen wurde schrieb ich eine E-Mail woraufhin mir gesagt wurde, dass ich meine Daten und meine Wallet-Adresse angeben soll und das Geld dann manuell überwiesen bekommen würde. Auf meine Mail, die mittlerweile bereits 5 Monate zurück liegt, bekam ich bis heute keine Antwort. Als ich daraufhin nochmal nachfragte ging die Mail überhaupt nicht raus, weil die E-Mail Adresse des Casinos nicht mehr existierte. Bis heute hat das Casino nicht wieder aufgemacht, weshalb ich keine Idee hatte wie ich an jemanden heran komme, der mir weiterhelfen könnte. Ich hoffe bei euch bin ich da an der richtigen Adresse

It's an unpleasant situation, but I thought you would come sooner, not after five months of waiting. I would like to offer you our help, but I saw that the last complaints were marked as unanswered by the casino, and I assume that the same will happen to you if you open one. You can do that, but I think the outcome will be negative, especially after such a long time.
