Hi, yes, I've seen how your complaint is progressing. It looks like the casino doesn't want to get involved in the case, which is a great pity, because it's a trivial problem in my opinion. I have also seen that you have already sent several documents concerning your new bank account. I absolutely do not understand where the casino might have a problem. 

Anyway, I wonder if the casino will give you an answer or if you will again wait in vain for them to ask you for what you have already sent 4 times.

Hi. Did you check with support or live chat why your withdrawal is delayed ? Sometimes there can be problems on the side of the payment provider and that's why it can take a longer time.

Quick.bet, they say that the withdraw is being reviewed and i can understand that (got a max win on a slot). Need to wait 2 weeks before i can make a complaint regarding delayed payments.

Asked the support 3 times and they say that it's being reviewed and all i can do is wait. Hope they will give me some information soon..

Yes, they answered me that i'll need to wait.

The complaint that Jaro wrote was for me 🙂 but need to wait 2 weeks before i can make one.

Since he owes me money and I haven't been paid, why shouldn't he get involved? It is not fair!If every casino follows the same behavior to their customers and says just send me documents and doesn't pay I think it's advertising for casinos in general! I am of the same opinion that it is not fair, but we are trying to do everything to resolve your situation. I also hope that it will be resolved, but I cannot speed it up or guarantee it.

As you can see it has been 40 whole days and Coolcasinoio has still not been able to send me my money despite the effort of guru casino where I have made my complaint these people are still uncooperative and of course not responding to my emails like the last one Cairo! Apparently they are on vacation with the 13,000 euros they stole from me..! When this is all over from casino guru I will not leave you like this! We will continue because what this particular casino did is simply theft! It's a steal from my hard earned money and they with so I want it kept it while they were trying to ship it! Guys, be careful, I'm telling you honestly! These people fucked my peace of mind! So many years as a player I have lost a lot and really yes I was sad but being robbed of my winnings really broke me! I wonder how these people sleep destroying a person's psychology without caring about anything at all! 4 fucking times they asked me for the same documents 4 fucking times I sent them and 4 fucking times I'm still waiting for the fucking money!
