My account had over $200 and it was most definitely hacked. So I couldn't withdraw. Using the same number I already was using. They said they would give me a call but they kept communicating with the person who hacked the account and put their phone number. I would've thought they were Smart enough to know that.

If you can prove it, I believe it will help to resolve the situation with the casino. I'd certainly try. We usually cannot resolve issues involving hacked accounts, so such cases are rejected, but perhaps the casino would like to take another look.
