hello.I played at Bettrophy Casino. I activated the welcome bonus which I received successfully and managed to redeem the bonus. I successfully fulfilled the requirements. I sent the documents. it was accepted successfully. the casino said I can play and pay.. but they refused my withdrawal and my winnings were deducted from account.and did not give any information about why he did this.This is the first time in this casino.
