Woher weiß ich, dass mit meinem Konto alles in Ordnung ist? Der Support sagte, es seien 24 Stunden, aber in der SMS steht, es sei ewig so.

Dont you have customers to scam and accounts to close due to rule #3 and #9`?

Why are you posting fake comments here?

The people you are talking to are actually betplays workers. Believe it or not..

They are currently in a stage of scamming / shutting customers accounts down. Then claiming these people were never customers. It's interesting to see a person who was " never " a customer have 50+ emails from betplays in their inbox.

They post fake reviews on here and trustpilot. But for some reason your site support it. There are hundeds of thousands stolen in stories on trustpilot. For some reason only the truth is being shared there. They try drowning out the negative reviews with fake positive reviews.

Ive gambled millions. I've never seen this magnitude of scamming before.

You know you'd think I'd have negative things or energy to put into other casinos.. But I dont. No other casino has scammed me like this.

And the disinterest of casinonguru to publish the truth is hurting to your site.

These sites have the same exact odds,EXACT same software, yet they pay out and do not steal customers information and money: 1gocasino, freshcasino, legzo, stardacasino, dripcasino, artcasino.

Do you understand why I'm trying to spread this information? So that people do not get scammed by betplays. I'm actually doing your job for some reason.

Go read the trustpilot 1 star REAL stories. Then maybe you will actually realize what you're promoting. Scammers... Provable scammers. Dozens of emails.. Yet they will claim I am not a customer of theirs like they do to everyone they have scammed prior.

I guess I'll start with the fact that we have some mechanisms and procedures and a system to evaluate quite a lot of things.

So if you've been scammed by a casino, where do you file a complaint? Maybe it would be good to prove something first before you just talk.

As far as user reviews are concerned, I've already said that we're pretty careful not to let anything like that happen. Sometimes you can't catch it right away, but based on the feedbacks I see and therefore the "mixed", I wouldn't say that we try to accept fake reviews.

I would also like to know that how do we try not to publish the truth?

gestern

Actually.. I said read the 1 star reviews. Forget about those. Read the positive reviews and tell me do you see a pattern.

Definitely no pattern in the positive reviews. It's strange that the only real picture is painted on trustpilot where they do not remove negative reviews. Unlike here.. Where you are supposed to stand for the gamblers.

Do you see a pattern in those positive reviews?

vor 3 Stunden

I don't know, I feel like you're pretty one-sided. I will say again that user feedback is mixed, that means it is neither good nor bad. When players come to our site and give 3 bad reviews and talk about how the casino doesn't pay players and other mistakes, do I also have to look for a pattern and say I don't accept it? Give it some thought.

I would also correct you. Our site is not here explicitly to stop players. We are on the side of fair play, whatever side it is.

I told you to file a complaint if you get scammed by the casino. Then we can talk about other things because a lot of players can come here and write negatively and in the end it turns out that they are the ones at fault. So try to show that this is not the case in your situation.

Hallo, kann jemand helfen und erklären, wie der Selbstausschluss funktioniert?

Hi, what specifically do you need to know please? Do you play at BetOnRed Casino as you mentioned? I'm asking because you're posting in a different casino thread, so if you're playing in what I wrote, then I'd put your posts where they belong.

Self-exclusion is usually, to my knowledge, an action after which you shouldn't be able to return to the casino.

You also mention a one-day SMS. But that doesn't sound much like self-exclusion to me. Usually you have to write clearly to support to take care of it. Sometimes it is not possible for casinos to do it right away but they should do it as soon as possible.

Doesn't the casino have some other responsible gambling tool that you can use to close your account at least for a while if you are worried about your money?

Have you asked the casino for a withdrawal yet?

How goes it scammer?

vor 3 Stunden

I'll warn you just once, it looks like the player is writing to some other casino. It would be nice if you didn't attack other players. See what he's asking and do you understand what self-exclusion is? If you treat other players similarly, you will no longer be welcome on our forum. Try to calm down a bit.
