But I must disappoint you that we do not deal with sports betting, because we do not have experts in it and we do not have a branch. So I'm sorry we won't be able to help you.

Anyway, I find it quite strange that first the smallest odds allowed were 1,30 and then it changed to 1,40. Didn't you have a screenshot of the older terms somewhere ? I guess that's why I would be discouraged to play with the bonuses because I feel that sometimes such cases can happen and it wouldn't please me. 

So if you decide to complain, be sure to let me know how the situation develops. 

just to inform people, i would recommend they stay well clear of this casino, they are at the very dodgy end of the scale, no license, terrible slow customer service with pretty much non exsistant replies from them, and like others have stated in complaints on trustpilot, if you have a gambling problem, they will do everything in their power NOT to close your account down, even when you request an exclusion. gambling here is just not worth the risk to your mental health, and the stress of not getting paid out, unless you are willing to wait months of mind games from them.

you are very welcome, its my pleasure to give reviews and share my own personal experiences with you and others on this community. Nothing i need help with, as i stopped playing at this casino, but the main issues i faced at betnuvo.com was firstly, they do not hold a license, and when i asked them about this, they refuse to give a comment on the matter. Secondly, they forced a deposit bonus on to me, which i did not want, and i did not see any option to decline/disable bonuses, so it automatically went in to my account balance, the problem with this was, they have a very high wagering requirement you must meet, before you can even withdraw any real money. thirdly, i asked them to close my account due to not wanting to bet on their site anymore, and i also told them i was gambling too much and felt like i wanted to fully self exclude, the person in the live chat support said, "you must email us informing us you want to close your account" after many emails over the course of a week, i did not get any reply from them at all, and even to this very dauy., im still able to log in to the account which they have not closed down. all of these problems combined together, makes this for me a very shady casino to play at. they currently have a 6.2/10 rating on here so far, which i fully understand why you give them that, due to there not been many reviews about this company yet, but i feel over time this rating will go even lower, because they dont seem geuine to me and probably are just created in order to take peoples money and never pay out.

Normally, I would be glad the Safety Index meets the casino's "qualities," but when you put it from the player's perspective, like you just did, the feelings are quite the opposite.

Forcing players, especially on a softaware level, to take bonuses is not a good idea; forcing them to take disadvantageous bonuses is unfair, I'd say. The lack of cooperation when someone asks for account closure is the worst part! Would you perhaps be interested in submitting a complaint? We may at least try to help you close the account and investigate their efforts and fairness along the way.

It means I can not access anything on there other my account details and transaction history. I can not place any bets or use their casino facility. I have sent all necessary paper work to the email address that doesn't seem to ever respond to you and the live chat is no use.


I would be interested to hear from anyone who has successfully managed to have any winnings withdrawn.

May I ask how long this is going on for, please? When exactly have you started the verification process?

It is nothing unusual that the casino would not allow a player to access his account while they are investigating. The main thing is to inform the player about it, though.

I sent the documents on Friday, their website states 72 hours. My account was blocked on Sunday. I was onto their live chat just now however was cut off with the message user is now blocked. I can still sign into my account and see my balance but just can't access any of their sportsbetting or casino areas. The live chat function button is no longer there either funnily enough. They obviously don't want me to keep messaging them.

I agree you made a very good point. I'm not in any case trying to make the casino look good. If I apply cold logic to this situation, I assume the casino truly does not want you asking questions. Aside from keeping the communication channels open while the account is being investigated, they avoid questions by preventing "attacks"—by muting your chat.

Sad to see no need for making you feel like a customer or easing your stress from things unknowing. This is, in my opinion, a bad call. What do the majority of players do in similar situations? I believe that most players attempt to find a place to voice their complaints, often anticipating the worst. The worst part is that it all quite fits the terribly low Safety Index this casino has earned. 🙁

The live chat function came back yesterday but account is still "under review". It has been over 72 hours now. I can see full ticks for my verification so that seems to have been done though no email to confirm this and they wouldn't confirm that on the live chat either instead they said I would have to email them to ask that....why?.


My stance is if they are going to block me and avoid me being able to try and withdraw funds then why not just block my account completely. I'd rather them just do that so I know that they are crooks.

I believe it is because the live chat many times doesn't have any information regarding withdrawals or the investigation, you know. That is why the best way to get any information is by email. The support should reply to you with some updates.

So, have you tried to contact them already?
