Afternoon people, I am one of those unlucky ones who did not read the reviews and assumed like most these online places are commissioned/regulated etc.


I deposited £200 and won £3400 on sports betting.


Then that’s when realisation kicked in regards to verification and withdrawal.


Saturday I put in for withdrawal of £500 and sent passport and front of driving license as ID.


Naturally reading the negative reviews hope is lost then the ones whom got paid out it gives me some hope again.


I have been waiting since this Saturday 08/02/25 and I understand it’s early but how long is verification expected to take?


Pending £500 withdrawal currently.


I don’t mind waiting 15 days a time for the withdrawal as it’s all an investment when it comes back but I want it back.


From some reviews it seems like the casino are trying to fix up and maybe are being delayed.


I work for Counter Fraud Compliance and Debt so have no issues providing payslips etc.

According to Askgambler, it is licensed by Gaming Curacao (GCB) but I doubt it

According to what I read in their Gaming Curacao terms and conditions, they passed a law since December 2024 that they basically will not admit a single complaint, they will not solve anything until they open a supposed page for complaints, which the truth is who knows when they will open

According to what I read, they can also review the case if several people report the same problem, I know that you have not been scammed yet, but if it happens, I guess if you decide to do something else, try writing to (GCB)

I really don't think it will work but nothing is lost by writing to a gmail

Hi. I’ve been waiting since the 28th Jan for my withdrawal. After my 15 business days were up they eventually responded to my emails asking for more documentation that’s not necessary. I’ve had my account already verified twice.

I thought it was getting better obviously I was wrong. Also the withdrawal now at one at a time only benefits them. Payment department is a shambles.

I won’t be playing again. Ran out of chances with me.

I had to send all of that info, I believe they use it as a delay tactic, it took 3 full weeks after sending all that info before I get an email saying my account was completely verified, and by that point I'd spent all the money in the account as I talked my self in to believing I wasn't going to get it. Which is exactly what they want. So if you have discipline to not cancel pending withdrawals then do it. But I have also seen others that had that same email and they then came back saying they believe you are money laundering and close your account.
