Try to submit a complaint here, so our team will get informed about all this, and together we can lower the rating of this casino if they don't communicate with us regarding your issue.
Also, please try not to rely on the money from online gambling in any way. It could lead to many issues, unfortunately.

Yes you are right about Nalu casino, they are scammers.
I deposited 3 times there and they voided my winnings inventing lies just to not pay me. I won 650 euros and they accused me of using vpn, disguising my verification documents, which by the way were approved by them 2 days before and that i was a bonus abuser. All of this are just lies. I didn't use vpn since their casino accept swiss players and i never use vpn to play on casinos. I didn't disguise any documents, i send the same always on every casino and those are my official ones. And i didn't abuse bonuses, i just used their welcome package which was available on my account. People do not play there, they are scammers who won't pay you.

sorry you had to experience that. I using R2p bet right now and got paid out within a day and been paid several times since, good bonuses too. I used to have a problem with pending withdrawals, but now coz I waited 20plus days with Bettfoxx. A day or two wait is nothing now.
Hope you have better experience and claim some winnings next time 👍

It is not even about the money anymore but it is very frustrating to be accused of things when you are innocent. So i stop playing casino, i am tired of worrying if I'll be paid or not. I'll find myself another hobby.

yes it is recent. I played on Friday night and won. My account was verified on Sunday so i asked a withdrawal, and on Monday i received this mail from them:
We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of €600.59 has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions:
12.10 Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance (winnings and deposits) in your betting account, to terminate the Agreement and/or to suspend the provision of the Services or deactivate your account if: i) we identify you have disguised, or interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network "VPN") ii) it comes to our attention that the customer used forged documents (photos, scanned documents, screenshots etc.) during the verification procedure or in any point time the Agreement is active iii) there is a reasonable suspicion that you have committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on your own or as part of a group iv) you are involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation or you use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the services provided by the Company.

This is nothing but lies to not pay my winnings out. I am a honest person and i did not use vpn or disguised my documents and i only used bonuses which were part of their welcome bonus package.

I already submitted a complaint on askgamblers since the casino was not here but they rejected my complaint saying they do not take part when it comes to terms or bonus violations. To me, it is bullshit because you cannot just use your terms and conditions, accuse a player and take his winnings without any proofs of the accusations mentioned. And i know they have no proofs, they just keep saying these terms and conditions as defense.
I have also submitted a complaint to their license giver on Monday, which is not replying yet.

And what also surprised me is when you search for some games, sometimes they have the game in double, so i do not know if they use that to trick player and use it as a strategy to not pay out.

Hello, I have read your problem and I would say at the outset that if you don't feel that you have violated any of this, I would file a complaint with us. The fact that we don't have a casino on the site doesn't matter, it's enough if you choose another one but write in the description which one it is.
In our system I saw that we already do a review of the casino and it doesn't look good. But when it will be visible I am not sure.
Anyway, if you are not aware of a violation of any rule mentioned by the casino, I would definitely lodge a complaint.
